Highmark Builders was never meant to be about one person. Chris believes a company is only as strong as the people behind it, and he wanted to build something his crew could take ownership in and be proud of. The goal is bigger than completing the next project -- it's building a team, passing down knowledge, and creating something that can continue to grow beyond the person who started it.
We want our clients to feel like part of the team. Open communication, trust, and collaboration keep everyone connected throughout the project, while our hands-on approach keeps the details moving in the right direction. The goal is an experience where clients feel heard, involved, and confident in the home we're building together.
These are the communities we know. Years of experience in these mountain communities have taught us to notice the details a homeowner may never think about, but that can make a difference for years to come. That same connection continues after the project is finished -- we are still here, and our relationship with our clients and their homes doesn't end when the build does.

Chris has spent his career learning construction from the ground up and still prefers to be right in the middle of the work. He notices the details others may overlook, enjoys figuring out the difficult parts of a build, and believes the work behind the walls deserves just as much attention as what you see when the home is finished.

Matt brings dependability, commitment, and a strong work ethic to the Highmark crew. He's the kind of person who shows up when he's needed and is always willing to lend a hand, on the job or off. He takes pride in his work and stands behind what Highmark represents.

Aussie keeps the business side of Highmark moving, managing the day-to-day details behind every project. From payroll, accounting, and compliance, she keeps things organized so the crew can stay focused on the work in front of them.
